Added CSS and Javascript optimisation tips in the dashboard
Added two extra compensation methods: automatic compensation (with an optional max price cap per month) and carbon credits (pre paid credits that will always be used first)
Carbon test on www.zifera.io now also shows efficiency rating. This will be implemented in your app dashboard in the coming month
